This dress was a commission for my mother in 2016. She wanted a red evening dress that she could wear at a family dinner for christmas. The dress was to be entirely red, a very vibrant and bright color, so we decided to use a lot of pleats and ruffles to make the design stand out more. For the fabric, we chose a red chiffon to make the dress very light and flowy, which we thought would suit the design best. Unfortunatly we forgot to take some pictures of her in the dress, and when we finally wanted to the dress didn't fit her anymore, which is why I'm wearing it in the photos below.
